Mölltal Glacier Railways
The Mölltal Glacier is Carinthia's only glacier ski area and is one of the most snow-sure ski areas in Austria. 16 pistes of varying degrees of difficulty open up a top-class ski area in the middle of the Hohe Tauern ski region. The perfectly groomed pistes attract skiers almost all year round. Away from the pistes, over 7 km of off-piste runs await you, above all THE freeride highlight in neighboring Salzburg's Sportgastein.
- Open daily from 8:00 - 16:30
- First ascent at 8:00 am

Ankogel mountain railroads
There are almost 18 kilometers of pistes for skiers and snowboarders to discover on the Ankogel. The Ankogelbahn cable car takes you up to 2,637 m above sea level in two stages, where you will be rewarded with more than just a breathtaking Alpine panorama. The ski area is ideal for passionate skiers and families with children. In addition to the groomed pistes, various deep-snow variants also attract freeride fans. In bad weather on the Mölltal Glacier, the Ankogel is also an ideal alternative. The winter season usually starts in the second half of December and lasts until spring.
