Description
The Mölltal Tourist Board is looking for a motivated employee for the areas of event organization and front office in the tourist office. In this position, you will take on a variety of administrative and organizational tasks and support guests and landlords with a high level of service orientation. Responsibilities / main tasks
- Project support Mallnitzer Bergadvent - more information in a personal conversation
- Supervision of the front office in the tourism office at the BIOS National Park Center Mallnitz (guest support, advisory services on the offers of the tourism region and the Hohe Tauern National Park, issuing the Carinthia Card, etc.)
- Collaboration and support in all administrative areas of the tourism association
Qualifications / Requirements
- Tourism or commercial training and/or professional experience in the hotel/tourism industry
- Organizational skills, independence and ability to work in a team
- Committed, friendly and communicative nature
- Sense of responsibility and resilience
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Very good IT skills (Microsoft Office etc.) and digital affinity
- Regional knowledge desired
- Willingness to work weekends
