Hannes and Irmhild Ludwiger have been specializing in fish farming and fish products since 2010. Their "smoked char" was even named one of the winners of the 4th Alpe Adria Fish Award last year, making them the bearers of the GenussKrone emblem 2014/15.

Arrival by train
"Green and sustainable" in the Alpine pearl Mallnitz
If you really want to take it easy, calm and relaxed and want to travel in the style of the Hohe Tauern National Park in a climate-friendly way, then come by train.
Getting to the Mölltal: Traveling by train to Mallnitz in Carinthia - a well-known national park town - could hardly be easier or more convenient. Mallnitz train station is an ICE station and is served seven times a day by international trains (ICE) from the north and south.

ÖBB-Tauerntunnel Complete closure from 18.11.2024 to 04.07.2025 due to maintenance work in the tunnel.
